steps diligently, you now have a well crafted product strategy with the

Now you need an implementation scheme which is
executable. This will depend on how your organisation is structured at the
executive level, and how different departments within your organisation are
incented to coordinate with each other to achive a common business goal. You
also need to take into account people at all levels in your company in
terms of their analytical skills and creativity, teamwork /
leadership styles, learning capacities, and drive
levels.
Further,
your implementation plan will depend on whether your firm is a
prospector,
analyzer, or
defender. You can devise your product strategy implementation plan
accordingly.
